What to Expect With
Your Evaluation
In our initial meeting, we invest time in understanding your story comprehensively. We explore the pain you're facing, your specific objectives, medical or injury history, preferences, and the motivations that led you to connect with us. You are more than just a patient to us; you are a person, and your story is important.
Building on the insights from our first discussion, we perform a comprehensive tailored physical assessment. This step allows us to comprehend how you move, your strengths and limitations, in order to identify problem areas, so that we might find a path forward towards improvement or relief.
After the assessment, we have a detailed conversation about our observations and recommendations. Together, we explore the movements and exercises that we believe will be beneficial for you. We collaborate to design a program that seamlessly integrates into your lifestyle.
Continuous Support and Communication
Our commitment to your progress doesn't end with the session. We strongly believe in ongoing support. Each patient will receive personalized Home Exercise Instructions, designed specifically around their needs and objectives. Clients are encouraged to keep the communication lines open with their dedicated physical therapist outside of our in-person meetings. This ensures that your program evolves effectively, aligning with your progress and goals.
